Here are the instructions for using the face cupping set: 1. Use after double cleansing, toning, applying serum and moisturizer. Initially, you may prefer to use one at a time, progressing to use both cups symmetrically on both sides of the face if you feel comfortable for each movement. 2. Place cups above brows and squeeze to create gentle suction, glide towards hairline, each side 3 times. 3. Release cups, move to underneath cheekbones, squeeze to create gentle suction, and glide towards the ears working up the cheek, each side 3 times. 4. Release cup, move to center of chin, squeeze to create gentle suction, and glide along cheekbone, each side 3 times. 5. Clean cups after every use with a gentle cleanser like Special Cleansing Gel.
