We offer customers flat rate shipping for all orders, regardless of the number of items in the order.

We ship most of our orders via USPS. For Expedited and Rush, most orders ship via UPS. Orders are shipped and delivered to a valid address on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays). We do not ship to PO boxes or any freight forwarders.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, depending on product availability. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day.

We process and ship all orders out of 4 separate warehouses in the United States. Once your order has been processed, transit time is anywhere between 1 and 4 business days, depending on your shipping address. Note that these times are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions.

expedited and rush shipping

Expedited and Rush purchases placed by 11:00 am PST will be processed and shipped on the same day, depending on product availability. All expedited shipping orders placed after 11:00 am PST will be processed and shipped the next available business day. Note that these times are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions.

do you ship internationally?

We do not offer international shipping or ship to any freight forwarders. If you ship to a freight forwarder, your order will automatically be cancelled. Find your local Dermalogica distributor.

how will I know when my order ships?

Tracking information will be sent via e-mail upon shipment of goods (we are currently unable to offer tracking for APO/FPO orders and orders to Puerto Rico). Charges are subject to change without notice.
