REWARDS PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

The Dermalogica Rewards Program (“Program”) is offered at the sole discretion of Dermalogica,. LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in the Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which govern participation and use of Program benefits. 

Eligibility 

The Program is open to individuals who create a Dermalogica  account and enroll in the Program. Enrollment must occur before any points can be earned. The Program is intended for personal use only. Businesses, resellers, and groups are not eligible unless expressly permitted. 

Earning Points 

Members earn points on eligible purchases made after enrollment. Purchases made prior to enrollment do not qualify for points and will not be credited retroactively. Eligible purchases generally include products purchased directly from Dermalogica. Unless otherwise stated, the following do not earn points: Taxes and shipping fees, gift card purchases, discounts, promotional credits, or other non-cash adjustments. If a product is returned, refunded, or canceled, any points earned from that transaction will be deducted from the member’s account. 

 

Point Expiration 

Points expire 12 months from the date they are earned. Expired points are permanently removed and cannot be reinstated. 

 

Program Changes 

We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, including changes to: point values, earning rules, expiration policies, reward offerings, or eligibility requirements. If material changes are made, notice will be provided through our website or by email. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. 

 

 Account Responsibility 

Members are responsible for: maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information, monitoring their point balance and expiration dates, ensuring account security and preventing unauthorized access. We are not responsible for points lost due to inaccurate information or unauthorized account activity. 

 

Account Suspension or Termination 

We may suspend or terminate a member’s participation, and/or void points, if we determine that the member has: engaged in fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Program; violated these Terms and Conditions; or attempted to manipulate or circumvent Program rules. If an account is terminated, all accumulated points are forfeited.  

Limitation of Liability 

 Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, sold, or exchanged. We are not responsible for lost, expired, or forfeited points. 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from participation in the Program or from changes to or termination of the Program. 

 

Communications 

By enrolling, members agree to receive Program-related communications, including updates, rewards information, and notices of changes. Email is considered a valid method of notice. 

Members may opt-out of marketing emails at any time, but transactional Program communications may still be sent. 

 

Geographic Restrictions 

The Program is currently available only to residents of the United States unless otherwise specified. We may restrict participation from certain regions at our discretion. 

 

Governing Law 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
