"I've used Super Rich Repair for years and loved it. It's the only moisturizer I've found that leaves my very dry skin feeling hydrated without causing me to break out. BUT. The bottle is just received is the new packaging and it is awful. The pump mechanism barely works, and when you do manage to get the lotion out, half of it smears down the side of the bottle. Plus, the lotion doesn't feel as thick and creamy as before, and smells a little different - it feels like they had to change to formula in order to get it to squirt out of the insanely tiny hole on the pump. I'm so disappointed. I don't want to have to find a new moisturizer but this isn't what I was paying for."
