A very nice, non-oily eye makeup remover that does not sting or leave an oily film over my eyes. It works best with a dampened cotton pad. I don't know how well it would work with waterproof eye makeup because I don't use the waterproof stuff but it works great with regular mascara and eyeliner.

This product doesn't really remove mascara. I bought it specifically for removing make-up from my eyelashes and you have to apply product several times in order to remove mascara. I was hoping I could find something that didn't take a lot of time and effort to remove makeup .

I have a very sensitive skin around my eyes, so is always a problem to find good products. I have been using soothing eye makeup remover for 3 year and I have not problem at all. I am so happy with it

I like that it's very gentle on the eyes and leaves skin feeling very smooth. However, I find I have to use a lot of product just to get some of my waterproof mascara off. I'm never able to get it all off. Super disappointed in this product, especially because I LOVE all my other Dermalogica products. I hope this product will be improved in the near future.

Thank you for your interest in Dermalogica! An expiry date is just that, once the product reaches the date stamped on the packaging it should no longer be used. The expiration date is applied at the time of manufacture and in most cases is 24 months. The expiration date is only applicable to our OTC products which are anti-acne products and sunscreens.A:
Always keep skincare products in a cool and dry place. As far as shelf life. Try to remember when you opened the product. Most Dermalogica products have a shelf life of 24-36 months. All of the products have a PAO (Period After Opening) on the back of the bottle. It will look like an icon of a container being opened. There will be a number with an M next to it. The number is the shelf life after opening the product.
