After cleansing, apply to damp skin in circular motions for 1 to 2 minutes, avoiding the eye area. A more intense result can be achieved by using directly on dry skin. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Use two to three times per week.

"This is my #1 go to when I have any small blemishes and acne show. I’ve been using it for 30+ years. I follow it up with the overnight repair serum and my skin looks much better the next day and most, if not all of the blemishes are cleared up. That said if you have sensitive skin you may want to sway away from it or use very sparingly. If you have severe acne, I recommend seeing a dermatologist. I don’t recommend using this daily, it is abrasive and can dry out your skin - I’ve personally made this mistake."
