What is TryNow?

TryNow is a service that allows you to try a Dermalogica product. We only charge you for what you keep when the 14-day trial period ends.

How does Try Before You Buy work?

You can select 1 eligible item using the Try Before You Buy option on the eligible product page, check out with no upfront payment, and receive the product at home. Your 14-day trial period begins when the product is delivered. After the trial period, you can either keep the item and get automatically charged or return them for free.  

What products are eligible?

Only items with the Try Before You Buy option are eligible. View eligible products here

Do I pay anything at checkout?

No. You will check out with $0 due upfront, although a $1 authorization will be placed on your card at checkout to ensure funds are available if you decide to keep the items. This ensures we can charge for any items you decide to keep at the end of the trial period. 

What payment method can I use?

We accept standard credit or debit card payment. Payment methods such as Klarna and Afterpay are not supported. 

When will I be charged for the products I decide to keep?

You will be charged after the 14-day trial period ends if you decide to keep any items from your order.

Do you offer free returns?

Yes, we offer free returns if you decide not to keep any items from your order. You may initiate a return here.
