Ulta. dispensing requires violent shaking for both dispensers to produce the product. the odor is ghastly and unknown if there will be any visible results. I am returning the product today after one week of use. I love the eye tightening product .. creamy, easy to disperse with real results. It's worth the investment. Great idea, but falls flat in the design, and no idea if it actually firms

"I was really looking forward to adding this to my skin care routine, but three bottles later, I could only get one half of the serum to come out. I had good communication with customer service to try and resolve the problem, but it never did get resolved. It's an awful lot of money for only half of the product. I did like the idea of having two separate chambers and "mixing" the two in the palm of my hand, but the design of the packaging is horrendous and is a known problem. Sadly, this will not be something I purchase again unless they come up with a dramatic change to the design."
