After cleansing, apply to damp skin in circular motions for 1 to 2 minutes, avoiding the eye area. A more intense result can be achieved by using directly on dry skin. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Use two to three times per week.

"The Multivitamin Thermafoliant is 1 of my top 3 Dermalogica products that I use every week. That’s a “big deal” in my situation since I use 8-10 Dermalogica products regularly. I have combo skin which for me is equates to my forehead and chin being super oily and my cheeks are dryer with large pores. I use the Thermafoliant 4-5x per week and it stops breakouts completely since it exfoliates as I rub in on to my face and then it liquifies in to a serum/lotion that soaks into my pores. I highly recommend it to anyone with oily skin or combo. Try scrubbing it on your face and letting it sit while you shower so the steam helps it soaks it further. In my opinion it’s about 2-3x more course than the microfoliant."
