Why should I use this instead of using the regular skin smoothing cream day and night? Now that autumn is coming I am unsure of whether I need sunscreen every day and when I know likely will tell me yes to this question, then why do you in the first place recommend wearing the smoothing cream day and nights? Should I get another sunscreen then? Sorry I’m just a bit confused, because then I guess I’ll have to use this sunscreen product always as a day cream all year if I don’t get an additional sunscreen product?: Hello Sofie, To answer your questions, Yes we do state that SPF should be worn daily! Correct, the skin smoothing cream may be used both day and night of course, however, for the daytime you would need to apply an SPF over the top of the skin smoothing cream since it does not contain any! However, with the Prisma Protect SPF 30 Moisturizer, since this product acts as both a moisturizer and an SPF you would not have to use another product with it during the day! Therefore, the Prisma Protect SPF30 Moisturizer would be great as your daytime moisturizer since it contains SPF, and the skin smoothing cream may be used as your nighttime moisturizer! If you love the skin smoothing cream and would rather use this both morning and night then you may purchase an SPF that does not also act as a moisturizer, to apply over top of it in the mornings! The confusion may be that someone with drier skin may not find this moisturizer with SPF30 hydrating enough, as it is quite lightweight. However, it is a moisturizer and SPF in one, so would technically be considered a moisturizer, which is why it may appear in the dry/dehydrated category. Some of our SPF products are moisturizers plus SPF, others are simply SPF alone, to be applied over a seperate moisturizer. I hope that helps clarify this a bit, and answers your question!
