"I've used the Gentle/Sensitive care line from Dermologica for decades now. Only occasionally will I try something outside of cleansing and moisturizing, but I've been very self-conscious of "turkey neck" as I have lost about 50 pounds over several years (slow and steady like they tell you, to avoid loose skin- HA). I don't know why I thought this product would be different than so many lotions and creams and serums that claim they will help with crepey skin. I was not gifted the product in exchange for a review. I purchased it- full price (I never buy things at full price- LOL)! I used it exclusively on my neck for the first couple months and I am now focusing on my arms because I am astounded that it seems to have made a real difference. "I've been using the Dynamic Skin Sculptor Body Serum twice a day, exactly as directed, and I'm genuinely impressed. I've been focusing on my knees and elbows, and I've noticed the biggest difference in my knees—they already look smoother, feel softer, and seem noticeably firmer.
