Apply a smooth film to cleansed face and throat, avoiding the eye area. Allow masque to set for 10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water or remove with The Sponge Cloth. Use once or twice a week as prescribed.

Like many of the other reviews, I too had an angry red reaction after using the mask. Still waiting for my skin to calm after about an hour of extreme redness.

This product is so easy to use and keeps your skin pimple and black head free!
I wanted to love this, and the first time I did. I felt some warmth and it left my face smooth. The next time, the warmth turned to more of a mild burning feeling but not a problem. The third time, the sensation was intense. I took it off early and my face was all red. It didn't last too long. I hadn't done anything different from my usual and simple routine any of the times and more than a week passed between each use. I'm sure the results would be good for someone with more tolerant skin. Too bad for me!
I would absolutely recommend this product! When I feel a breakout coming, this seems to help immensely!
This is a great masque. I use this masque on an alternating basis with 2 other Dermalogica masques. I use this one as my base masque by using it 2-4 times a month. Skin feels so refreshed afterwards.

I use it twice a week.
I used as directed and after washing it off my entire face looks like it was sunburned. I hope this clears away soon. I took an allergy pill hoping to soothe my face.
So when I firstly heard from dermalogica, I spent a great amount of money for their product to try. I was excited about those ingredients and promises.
So my skin is normal, no oily, not dry, and it is sensitive.

1. Immidietly after I put it on skin, my face was like under fire.
2. so I took it off and was red , for an hours. It seemed Like some allergic reaction.
I have no idea, I never had this problem with expensive products i buy, i didn't have this problems neither with cheaper products I buy.
2. Pro cleans
I should have know, its too oily... but didn't expect it will not do anything at all:
1. it DID NOT CLEAN ANY MASCARA OR MAKE UP at all, all of that was all over my face. Even soap make it better cleanser.
2. it did made my skin very very oily, so I was suffering with acne for a bit.
I had to wash it off after 3 or 4 minutes as it was stinging. My face looked sunburnt and was really sore! 12hrs later my face is still slightly red... I'm very surprised as I love the active moist and the ultra calming sunscreen. This has never happened before with other masques i've used...
