Perform the Dermalogica Double Cleanse that begins with PreCleanse, followed by prescribed Dermalogica Cleanser. Apply with damp hands to damp face and throat, avoiding the eyes. Massage gently onto face, avoiding eye area. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and sponges. Use three times a week.

when my face is moist i put a medium sized amount of this product on my hand and i scrub it on my face. i wash it off afterwards and my face is left smooth and really soft! i love this mask
