I recieved this product free via Influenster in my Voxbox. I have always been a fan of Dermalogica. I sought out their line when I was looking for amazing skin care prior to my wedding. I wanted to be a glowing bride to be! I have extermely dry skin and this booster is grear after you wash your face!

Keeping your skin hydrated is the first step to a healthy skin, like our bodies our skin needs a certain amount of water to function properly.
Trying to combat any skin condition without first addressing the hydration level is a battle that can not be won.
Hydrating booster is amazing at quickly bringing up the hydration in your skin, it is truly amazing.
Please don't skip this important step.

My skin is constantly dehydrated due to me having eczema. However, just using this product alone does wonders. My fine lines on my forehead are gone and my skin feels so good too.
I sometimes do mix the booster with my moisturiser when desperately needed. I can't get enough of this product! I recommend this to all eczema sufferers.

I use this after the UltraCalming Mist and before the Ultra Sensitive Tint. I like how light it is. You don't need much.
I sometimes would use this on my sensitive skin when I have a dry patch and this really helps patch it up. A little goes a long way though so just don't overdo it.
I like this product very much. I have very dry skin especially in the winter. This seems to be helping although I still notice some tightness. We will see if that improves when I start using the product more regularly.
I use it night time. My skin feels great in the morning. I'm looking forward to how it performs in winter when it's dry and cold and tough time of year on your face.
Light and very hydrating. I feel it's getting my face ready to face the AZ heat and sunshine.

I use the Active Moist moisturizer, which works wonderfully 90% of the time, but occasionally I have a few spots (around my nose/brow areas) that still get a little dry and I'd like to moisturize them more. I don't want to switch moisturizers alltogether because like I said, the Active Moist works great for the most part and the smoothing cream was a bit too heavy for me, so I'm wondering if this product is suitable for acne-prone skin and if it's okay to just use in certain areas or if it is meant to be used all over the face?
