Clearer skin starts now: bring the four contributing factors of acne under control.
The MediBac Clearing® system works to treat, clear and prevent adult acne while addressing the needs of adult skin. Most products and treatments for acne are designed for teenage skin, making them too harsh and irritating for adult acne sufferers. MediBac Clearing® controls acne without compromising skin’s integrity, which means skin is clearer and healthier.
Dermalogica’s MediBac Clearing® system is formulated specifically to treat adult acne. Each product, with its unique acne-fighting and clearing ingredients, is designed to be layered upon the skin to provide around-the-clock, maximum control of the main factors that contribute to acne.

I have liked all fo the Dermalogica products I have tried so far. I decided to buy this mask because I have stubborn, mild acne on my forehead. The mask is advertised for acne/clearing, but I didn't see any kind of improvement using it 1-2 times a week. I felt clean after washing it off, but I didn't see any other improvements, the price is very high for a mask so I expected more.
Helped clear my acne !
I have suffered from acne my whole life. Recently I adjusted my birth control and that helped a TON! (I highly recommend doing research, many BC options have testosterone in them and that causes a LOT of acne for women) Anyway. I am going into nursing and just went through our dermis chapter.. I learned a lot about sebum and how it affects our skin. I've been hearing a lot about new 'sebum' targeting treatments and now it all makes sense WHY these are so crucial for stopping acne (especially in adults). Acne is not always caused by dirty pores or hormones like many products lead you to believe. We all produce sebum through our glands... some of us more than others. It's just the way we are. You can use all the sali or benzoyl in the world and it won't soak up or remove the sebum your skin is producing. This mask REALLY DOES absorb the excess sebum on your face. My face is MUCH less oily.. and not just temporarily less oily like charcoal masks do, I notice decreased sebum for days! In turn, this leads to noticably less clogged pores. Which leads to less picking. Less irritation. Less acne. Less scabs. Less everything! I love this mask so much. It is a MUST for anyone with oily skin, clogged pores and acne. As a bonus this also contains a small amount of sali acid which is amazing for exfoliating your skin in a gentle way and providing acne busting medicine to the pimples you already have. If you haven't yet tried a product targeting sebum I highly recommend doing your research and trying one. Or, you can take my advice and try this one. I will be purchasing again and again and plan to gift to my girlfriends who have the same oily skin issues as I do.

Always feel clean and refreshed after using, and seems to help some my breakouts calm before they come to a head.
I have combination skin (Not oily, not too dry). My face is however very sensitive, but this masque never irritates my skin. Hands down one of the best masques Ive ever used. Definitely recommend this as part of your skin care routine. 9/10
It really helps clear out the acne. It has a very cooling effect on the skin. So far, I am really happy with the results.
I usually use this product twice a week. Once for my full face and another time just around acne-affected areas (normally my chin). My adult acne has improved by using this mask with the Dermalogica face wash, and a spot treatment (not Dermalogica).
It is one of my all time favorite acne treatment masks.. and I've tried a ton!
I love this mask and how it made my skin feel during and after using it.
