I have tried MANY post shave products after a head shave, and they all leave a greasy shiny film within 10 minutes. This is absorbs really fast and doesn't leave me with a shiny head or any ingrown hairs around the back of the neck unlike many other products that were supposedly "designed for head shave" or "for men". A little dab of the clearing mattifier and oil control lotion keeps the dome looking presentable and matte instead of looking shiny and polished. I buy these in 2 so I never run out.

I am 58 years old and I have been shaving for more than 40 years. This is easily the best shaving product I have used. It is very economical to use too.

I have super sensitive skin and Dermalogica products are one of the few that don't make me break out. I bought this product AFTER finding out that my skin was having a reaction to Finipil post wax. I ran the two products by my dermatologist and she said to use this instead as it's basically the same thing. It works great! It got rid of all the unsightly bumps, and there was no reaction! Just another reason to add Dermalogica to my list of go to products.

i have been using their special cleansing gel for many years and REALLY like that product a lot. i also REALLY like this product a lot. i really do. i shave my entire head and face about every 3 days and this product feels great and leaves my skin feeling nice. i do have to say though that this particular item is INSULTINGLY OVERPRICED. the dispenser is a waste of money and i feel like i'm leaving some behind in the can. it should be in a tube. once again i love the product but i feel like the pricing for an after shave balm is a huge slap in the face and turns me off to the brand. it's only 1.7 ounces and it's literally more expensive than silver.
