What is Clear Start Crew?

Clear Start Crew is our rewards program that rewards customers every time you shop with Clear Start.

What's happening in December?

For December, we’re getting in the holiday spirit by giving out a special Christmas gift when you make a Clear Start purchase at ULTA. Keep an eye on our socials (@clearstart) to see what the gift is each week.

How do I join the Clear Start Crew rewards program?

All you have to do is shop Clear Start in-store at any ULTA location and email us at clearstartcrew@dermalogica.com with a picture of your physical receipt + full name + email address + mailing address. After we validate your purchase, we’ll send you gift(s) depending on how much you spend.

How quickly will I receive my free gift(s)?

We will review your email within 1-2 business days and we’ll email you back letting you know we’ve validated your receipt. Then we will send you your free gift(s) within 1-2 weeks.

How do you validate the receipt?

Please email us at clearstartcrew@dermalogica.com with a picture of your physical receipt. It cannot be an online receipt or purchase. In order to validate the receipt, your picture of your physical receipt must have store details, date, timestamp, and line items on the receipt to be legible.

Can I upload my credit card statement instead of a receipt?

Unfortunately, you will need to upload a picture of an itemized receipt with store details, date, and timestamp in order for you to receive your free gift(s).
