fifteen to twenty years ago I bought a dermalogica buffing cloth and I love it and I'm still using it. Christmas 2012 I bought one for my niece and another for a spare. I left the original cloth behind on a trip so I opened the new one and found it to be far too abrasive and stiff; I forced myself to use it but I wasn't happy. I did recover my old one and I'm still using it. And I've apologized to my niece; she tried it once and hasn't used it since. I'm not sure what caused dermalogica to switch materials but I wish they would change back.
