I use this 2x daily as a base for my moisturizer, and regularly on international flights. I notice no benefit I can map to the daily use, but keep it up as it was a part of the system recommended.
On flights, I find it indispensable. A spritz every hour or so keeps my skin hydrated and feeling good. On arrival, my skin looks fresh and the little make-up that I wear is undisturbed. The multi-active toner and the ultra calming mist work just as well for this purpose.
My next step is to experiment with skipping the pre-moisturizer round and spritz during the day, flight or no flight...
