Apply evenly and liberally to face, preferably 15 minutes prior to sun exposure. Or, mix with your moisturizer or foundation, then apply. For continuous coverage, apply regularly and reapply as needed after swimming and exercise.

Because I have oily skin I always avoided sunscreen because they all felt too heavy on my skin. I've been trying this SPF for about two weeks and I'm very pleased. It does go on a little heavy but it quickly absorbs into my skin without leaving a sticky residue. My makeup goes on well on top of it. So far I love it. I am waiting to see how it'll hold up when it gets warmer.
Irritates my skin horribly and ends up making me extremely oily since my skin gets irritated. Very uncomfortable.
I use quite a few products in the medibac range and love them because they help me control my blemish-prone skin. Unfortunately I have not got on with the oil free matte sunscreen. I found the forum lovely to put on and it was perfect under makeup, however after applying it my skin began to sting a little and after removing my makeup and the spf at the end of the day my skin was inflamed and lots of small blemishes had popped up. I tried the product for a while to see whether my skin would get used to it and found it felt better when I applied it on top of the ultracalm serum but negativity I still kept getting red, blemished skin so I had to stop using it.
My skin is oily and always had a shine until I started using this!! It works great!
I have combination skin type, and even barely have acne but I love using it everyday. This product completely the best sun protection ever! Unlike other similar products of sun protection which mostly leave a greasy feel and not to mentioned that 'white-ghostly look' especially for darker skin tones, it has everything you ever dream about: protection to perfection! It's the winner product! Thank you Dermalogica.
I LOVE this product! I only need a small amount to cover my face after I use cleanser in the morning. It prevents shine on my face all day, feels light, and protects from the sun.
I use this in the mornings after I wash and spray my hydramist, a little goes a long way and it is perfect for controlling my t-zone and keeping my face with a matte finish all day long. Bonus that it has spf!

Leaves no white residue. A little shiney on my forehead, but i just pat a mattifier on.
love the SPF, every other cream with SPF destroys my oily skin. This works perfectly to protect and control oil. Never switching! Searched years for something and this is perfect

I was looking for sunscreen for my oily acne prone skin so I purchased medi-bac oil free matte spf30. The trial size perfect canvas was a gift with my purchase and I wore that combination alone on my Sunday no-makeup day and my skin didn't feel oily or tight, but quite comfortable. Yesterday was my first day using the sunscreen and I noticed my cheeks and jawline felt itchy all day. I combined the sunscreen with a touch of the skin smoothing cream, so I thought I was adding too much moisture. Today, I tried the sunscreen alone and it immediately felt itchy so I had to wash it off right away. As a side note, I also have noticeable pores on my cheeks and nose, and my cheeks often erupt into painful, pus-filled pimples. Is this product suitable for my type of skin or is there another sunscreen that may suit my skin better? Thanks for your help!1 answer
