normal/oily skin kit

I am 19 years old and have combination skin. I bought this product this set because it has all the skin care steps I need, but I do have one issue, for some reason, my eyelids and the skin around my eyes are more dry than usual to the point where I can see flakes of skin, and I've never experienced that with my eyes before. I'm not too sure what exactly is the cause of this but I am worried it may be the eye cream as I don't really wear eye cream. I also have dryness around my mouth and above my chin although that can be due to the cold weather where I'm living and I've had this before using the products. other than that all the other products in this kit are amazing and do exactly as promised.

I went into an Ulta store looking for a cleanser and a Dermalogica specialist in store recommended me this product. At first, i thought it was helping as it lessened the breakouts on my chin. However, I have frequent flares of breakouts all over my cheeks and t-area, and neither of those areas broke out before. I feel like what i explained to the specialist was not understood and she gave me an incorrect recommendation. If you breakout, and want to eliminate breaking out, don't try this product.

I ordered the normal/oily kit 6 weeks ago. After not getting an order within 2 weeks, I called in to find out it was back ordered and would be back in stock within 4 weeks. So I waited until March but nothing arrived and my order still shows "Being Processed." I called in today to find out the kit is back in stock, but my order was cancelled. In fact it's standard that orders are cancelled if not fulfilled within a week. No update on my order on its website, no email notification about a refund. Now I have to go track down my credit card statement to make sure I was properly refunded.

I purchased this kit and other products after a consultation with a dermologica specialist. I began with a couple spots on my cheeks and a couple on my chin that I wanted to fix. After using Dermogloca it has left me with huge break outs on my cheeks, 5 spots or more on both. I stuck with it for 2 months as I was putting the break outs down to purging but after 2 months and not wearing make up to lessen the chance of more spots I'm left severly disappointed and with bad skin and scars. Now spending more money trying to fix it.

I got this kit for Christmas, I used the products for around a month but they only made my skin break out! I have then used the kit sporadically but again every time my skin would break out. I don't usually get spots so it must be the product. I know my skin may be purging but I don't want to keep using it as I will end up with scarring. Maybe I chose the wrong kit for my skin type. I'd say my skin is not particularly oily but I do get oily in my T-zone so that's why I chose it - but that was the area I was getting more spots in when using this product. Shame!

I've only been using as directed the last few days, but I've already noticed a massive difference in my skin. My t-zone feels under control and the least oily it's been in a looking time, the rest of my face feels hydrated. My face actually feels balanced! The skin is starting to purge a bit, but nothing too terrible. Overall, I'm super happy with this kit!

Love it! I normally don't use stuff on my face, and decided to try this out and it made my skin feel so good!

I'd been struggling with breakouts, oiliness and my face was basically a mess. This kit saved my skin! It's clear, smooth and I couldn't ask for better products.

I used to have 2-3 pimples on my forehead or cheek monthly and always have stubborn blackheads on my nose and cheek. I read a lot of good reviews on dermalogica products, so I decided to try normal/oily skin kit after doing the skin mapping. The day I started this kit was the day my face was clear without pimples. After using it for 5 days, I started having breakout on my forehead, cheek and jaw and my nose is still oily with all the blackheads. I continued using it thinking that the breakout might resolve after this. However, 10 days have past and my face is still having breakout. The only product i like is the skin pre scrub which i have used it twice. I felt that my face is smooth after using it.

I use this product every night and my skin feels amazing. My makeup is no longer oily in my T zone and will actually last all day.
My face used to be very oil after 2-3 hours of applying makeup. This product has saved me!
