Apply Essential Cleansing Solution to dampened face and throat, massaging with light, upward strokes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. One to two times a week: Apply Gentle Cream Exfoliant to face and throat, avoiding eye area. Rinse thoroughly after 10 minutes with warm water. Spritz Multi-Active Toner over face and neck, with eyes closed. Apply Intensive Moisture Balance to face and neck with light, upward strokes. I suffer from severely dry skin and I really enjoy this product. I was recommended it by a reddit user esthetician, and this is my second time buying it. I prefer purchasing the kit because it has enough product to last me for a couple months (I don't cleanse every day), and the moisturizer is a great night moisturizer.

The cleanser is creamy and non drying. The toner is clean and fresh. The facial lotion is moisturizing and not greasy. Love the eye cream...wish the sample was bigger. A little does go a long way though.

I definitely did not want to commit to a pricey new product without trying it first. This skin kit definitely gave me the ability to try various products and see what works best for me. These products helped nourish my flakey and dry skin making it soooo soft. Definitely would recommend to try out new products and even use as travel size product.

I have had super dry skin and sporadic breakouts for as long as I can remember. I have tried several drug store products and nothing seems to truly work. I contemplated on whether I should get the dry skin kit or clearing skin kit. I decided to focus on my dry, sensitive skin first and once that was under control, focus on my breakouts. Yet, the miraculous occurred. The regimen has not only restored moisture to my skin, but has also cleared my breakouts. Almost instantly my skin felt better, and I could see impurities coming to the surface. These bumps/blackheads were different than my usual, so I knew that system was working. After 3wks of morning and afternoon use, my skin is smoother and clearer than it's ever been! I am now reordering the full size products.
I have had dry, irritated, red, flaky skin for years and haven't truly found anything that works...until this kit! I happened to see it while looking for something else but decided to try it since my mother has used dermalogica in the past. From the first night I used it, it has worked amazingly. I still have a little bit of flakiness but the redness is almost all gone and my skin is visibly smooth.
I use the cleanser, spray toner, moisturizer, and eye cream once a day at bedtime. I also use the spray and moisturizer in the morning after my shower. Because my skin is so sensitive I only use the exfoliator once or twice a week and that's plenty for me.
I have terribly dry skin - tight, itchy, flaky, you name it. I finally gave in to the fact if I wanted skin that looks and feels healthy, I needed to change what I was using. After reading many reviews, and testing products, I felt Dermalogica was the best fit for me. It took time for my skin to get used to it, so don't give up if you feel like your skin is worsening or not getting better. Give it a couple weeks before you decide.
Love the mini samples, especially for on-the-go person.
This product actually works because I used to have really dry skin but when I started using this my skin is now better looking and is really soft!

Is it normal for the skin to get even dryer after about a week?: Hi! I have been struggling with dry skin all winter (also a bit during summer). I bought the dry skin kit, and the first couple of times I used it it was amazing. My skin got really soft and the flakiness was almost completely gone. But now after having used it for a litte over a week my skin is drier than it has ever been. I don´t know if its because of the products i am using or if there is a different reason behind it, but it is a really big problem. No matter how much moisturizer i put on my skin is still flaky. I am wondering if this is normal after a week of using the kit, and if my skin will get better after using it even more.2 answers

Well, this is disappointing to hear that it is an oil-dry skin kit. Just purchased this kit today and no where on the box does it indicate the products are for oil-dry skin. In fact, the description reads (in 5 different languages, by the way): This kit for dry skin contains a complete product regimen to help replenish hydration levels to relieve dryness, flakiness and fine lines. So which is it Dermologica? Like the customer posing the question, I am not looking to be drier...this product kit is misleading and leaving me with a very bad opinion of the brand. Please explain. I will be returning the kit, since they seem to be the wrong products for me. The labeling is inconsistent with your description and misleading advertising.A:

which kit do i use?: I am not using anything on my skin, it is super dry and flaky, no moisturizors seem to work, it flakes up right after i put anything on after shower.. so annoying. The second I use toners or cleansers I break out. I am a redhead with very fair and dry skin. I am scared to try another new product but i need to try something. my nose and chin are oily but forhead and cheeks are super dry and flakey.. do I use the dry skin or normal to dry skin? the hydrating spritz sounds like a good product to have, does it work well? please help.. thanks and happy holidays2 answers

I would try the Dry to Normal skin, if your nose and chin continue to be oily, try using the wipes for oily skin in those areas!A:
