You can use that shampoo twice a day and it wouldn't be a problem it does not dry your scalp out leaves your hair soft shiny and not flyaway

This shampoo smells nice and leaves my hair feeling really clean, even though l It isnt a clarifying shampoo. The shampoo lathers pretty well but I find I need a bit more than usual. I was expecting this to be a superconcentrated product like many others in this line but it is not. Still, it is a wonderful shampoo.

My hair gets very dry in the winter and tangles very easily in the back of my head. by the end of the first week using the shampoo my hair was softer and much more manageable with a noticeably reduced amount of knots
