Before moisturizing, apply as a spot treatment directly to the breakout, and allow to dry. Apply every 6-8 hours as needed until breakout clears.

OMG I had flawless skin for over 40 years and recently I have a few breakouts and bought this spot fixer. My spots turned out bigger and redder and got worse each day. It burnt me and my husband was horrified as he has never seen my face so bad in over 20 years of our marriage.
I have stopped using this yesterday and applied Rosehip oil and hydrating serums to help with the burnt and dryness after using this spot treatment.

I bought this product for my 12 1/2 year old son who has mild acne on his face.
He uses this product as needed for any acne spots that come out.
so far it is working well for him.
I suffer bad spots with my PCOS and this is the only product that has helped minimise them and make them a lot less noticeable. I'm so glad I was recommended this product. Also have ordered the breakout travel set which im looking forward to trying too. Also a fantastic delivery service. Thank you

Medicated 3 times and actually dried up pretty fast.
I put r the smallest amount if this on my skin and checked in the morning only to find blistering, red patches on the applied area. They burn and sting and go away only after a few days. I am not allergic to any of the ingridients and used a tiny amount. I would not recommend this prdoucy for anyone with sensitive skin as my skin looked burnt shortly after
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I love all dermalogica products except this. I used twice. My spots are redder and redder. It made worse. I want to refund. It is garbage!!
This has been a life saver for picture day during highschool, first day at a new job, first date, beach debuts, honeymoon photos, every big event that acne has no business being at. If I saw a spot coming on I used it and for years it's been clearing my face back and chest. This stuff puts you in control. I wish I would have got my hands on this for middle school , back then I was a fool using proactive and Biore and all those big names with zero results and just feeling defeated. I don't always remember to remove my make up and some days after being on the beach the sun has you drained and you don't want to shower off all that spray sun screen, gross I know but it's life. I promise if you buy this product you won't be disappointed. You'll be another story like me.
This product is amazing and is a miracle worker! I started using this product when I was 15 and all throughout ages 11-14 I had really bad skin, I was embarrassed to go out, I constantly went to the doctors thinking he could help and give me something but he didn't, I started covering my face with so much make up (which didn't help) and after hundreds of products and after spending thousands on different products. My aunty worked at a beauty shop and recommended me to Dermalogica while providing me with lots of products to help however I have to admit some did not work but heaps really did help me clear my skin and the emergency spot fix really saved my life and truly helped me clear my skin and now I'm 17 and I have the clearest skin I ever had and It feels really good to have a clear have ! I recommend this to all teenagers going through puberty !
I had the clear start kit for two months, I still had regular breakouts but it definitely helped clear away most of the excess oil on my forehead. I then was presented with this I used it before moisturising in the morning, after toning at night, and other random times in the day. After I started using it I got the biggest, nastiest spot ever, it was right above my left eyebrow, it was so full of puss that it was as hard as a rock, also the pain that spot put me through, dear god it was like having a massive red bruise on your forehead! I put more of the emergency spot fix on it and it just made it worse. I would defiantly recommend the other clear start products, as I do feel they have helped; but I do still have regular breakouts...
I wouldn't recommend this product.
This is amazing when you have one nasty pimple that just pops up!
