Our new Education Registrar will join our team as the initial contact for the facility, coordinating the daily running of the front desk including scheduling bookings and liaising with clients. Duties and responsibilities include; answering all incoming calls, using sales skills to take enquiry through to a booking, meeting and greeting clients effectively to fulfil their requirements and preparation of daily attendance sheets, generate confirmation letters, mail and data entry. The successful applicant will have exceptional customer service skills, beauty therapy experience, intermediate PC skills, excellent organisational and time management skills and enjoy working in a structured environment.
