Jane Wurwand, founder and owner of Dermalogica, was joined by Gossip Girl cast member Kelly Rutherford and over 400 Step Up Women’s Network members to celebrate and recognize the empowerment of women at the grand opening of Dermalogica Academy located in the heart of Chelsea, West Manhattan.

The Academy is the brand’s first undergraduate facility and the first learning institution of its kind within the professional skin care industry, offering skin therapists a comprehensive pre-licensing education, including training in every aspect of business, marketing and retailing, with an emphasis on mentoring and networking.
