Q:should I apply this before or after my serum?
Q:I normally use the clearing mattifier before the active moist, when should I apply the multi-active toner?
Q:What is the usual due date/best before date for this product? In other words, for how long can I use one bottle?
Q:I use this regularly but now I'm concerned because I've read that lavender can damage skin cells, and it's listed as the third ingredient.
Q:Stinging: Is It normal for the multi active toner to sting my face when I use it?
A:It's the lavender. Lavender is an essential oil and essential oils don't belong on the skin. They say they put 30 years of research in their products, but the numerous studies and publications about lavender oil seem to be lost on them. While it's anti-bacterial, it's also a known irritant. I can't use the toner for a very long time. It takes a few days until my skin tsarts to burn.
