Q:Will this cleanser help fade facial redness?: Hi everyone,
A:I am fair and freckled and have red undertones in my skin. I found the scent of the ultra calming to be too strong. I think to try the cleansing gel and move on to something else if that does not work. Best wishes.
Q:Which would work best for me? Cleansing or clearing facial wash?: I want a new product to use for washing my face as im sick of my breakouts. They seem sometimes odd whiteheads, and then monthly huge breakouts. obviously my face is red on the affected areas, also my nose and chin are always oily. my face isnt dry as such. But im worried if i get the clearing gel it will take to much out my skin. which should i buy? Does the cleansing one actually work against spots?
A:The clearing wash I find too harsh for daily use. When I start a breakout I'll use it once and that will help. You have, from your description, combination skin. I got a sample size and rarely use it, so based on that I think sticking with the cleansing is a good idea.
A:I've been using the cleansing gel for years and never experienced any issues with drying out or ineffective cleaning. After doing a similar comparison between cleansing and clearing facial washes, I found the cleansing gel far superior and have not considered switching once.
