Dermalogica takes the privacy of its users very seriously, and makes every effort to ensure that it is maintained at all times.

In several parts of dermalogica.com, the user has the option of completing a form to request more information or subscribe to our newsletter. The information provided is only used for the purpose for which it was supplied, and is not shared with outside companies.

The exception is the Lucky Magazine "Lucky Breaks Sweepstakes" entry form whereby Dermalogica will share e-mail addresses supplied online via the Lucky Breaks entry form between 12:01 AM ET July 1, 2005 and 11:59 PM ET August 31, 2005  with Conde' Nast Publications, Inc.  Void in the state of Florida.

E-mail addresses supplied between 12:01 AM ET July 1, 2005 and 11:59 PM ET August 31, 2005  to subscribe to Dermalogica's Gray Matter e-mail, separate from the Lucky Breaks entry form,  will not be shared with Conde' Nast Publications, Inc, or any other outside company.

To unsubscribe from our newsletter, you can visit the subscribe link on our site. Unsubscribe requests are usually enacted immediately.
