After cleansing, gently pat around the eye area, blending inward from the outer corner.
While you should always use gentle motions when applying product, this is especially true around the delicate and thin eye area. Never press heavily or pull the area when applying your eye product.

My eye area is my most dry/damaged and o generally love dermalogica products so I had high hopes this cream would work. It was okay but I haven't noticed any great change. I wouldn't buy it again because it is very expensive for what it is
Comments about intensive eye repair:
My favorite moisturizer
My nightly routine is a joy -- I use the ultracalming wash, followed by the Active Moist and then gently dab this under my eyes. My skin has such a glow before I slip into bed. I've noticed a great improvement under my eyes since using this product for the past three months or so. I really wanted it for the dryness / beginning of dark circles and it makes my eyes feel so cared for and refreshed! A must for these winter months in New England!
Got a sample and broke out in hives all over my face. But mostly on my eyes. Hurts terribly and looks awful.
I have terribly dry skin - tight, itchy, flaky, you name it. It's especially bad around my eyes.I finally gave in to the fact if I wanted skin that looks and feels healthy, I needed to change what I was using. After reading many reviews, and testing products, I felt Dermalogica was the best fit for me. It took time for my skin to get used to it, so don't give up if you feel like your skin is worsening or not getting better. Give it a couple weeks before you decide.
I put a little over and under my eye. I saw noticeable difference quickly. The fine lines on my eye lids were greatly reduced, the skin on my eye lids are silkier & softer, and my eye makeup goes on smooth and even.
This cream is so moisturizing but it was too much for my skin- it gave me little pimples around my eyes. It is lightweight but doesn't really absorb. If your eyes are very dehydrated then it might work better. I already use a day eye cream so maybe it is just too much.
I didn't start using eye cream until 30 and I regret this as I noticed fine lines forming under my eyes in the last couple of years. Thankfully, intensive eye repair cream seems to keep things at bay ... doesn't fix the ones already there, but haven't noticed it getting worse! Just bought my second tube (the first one lasts for about 9 months with 2x use daily) so it comes out to just a couple of dollars per month. Not a bad investment!
I am happy with this product. It was a great add on to my everyday skin care regimen. Like other Dermalogica products, I find that the eye cream blends in nice and smooth and does not leave my skin feeling as though it can't breathe. The rich eye cream is soothing and revitalizing to the skin after removing eye makeup at night.
Works great on fine lines. Good for sensitive skin.
